Petar is a graduate in “European Studies” of Varna Free University. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in preparation and management of projects as well as consultancy services related to the operational programmes funded by the European Union as well as other grant programmes under the EU Structural funds. He is also experienced in provision of intermediary services related to acquisition of credit facilities and preparation of business plans.
