Eugeni Dobrev

Eugeni is a tax expert, specialising in Bulgarian and international tax laws, planning and tax compliance. An economist, armed with an MBA from the University of the World and National Economy in Sofia, he is also a member of the Association of Business Appraisers. His professional career started as a Tax Advisor at Arthur Andersen Bulgaria, where he gained experience in corporate taxation and Bulgarian Double Tax Treaties. Later, he was appointed at the Arthur Andersen’s office in Prague, where he was involved in tax audits of some of the Czech Republic’s largest enterprises and banks. During his time serving as a Director of OCRA Consulting (Balkans) he built up an in-depth understanding of corporate structuring and international tax planning for both Bulgarian and foreign clients.
