Jivko Georgiev

Jivko is a graduate of Sofia University and has specialized in commercial and tax law. He has an extensive knowledge of international tax planning and compliance matters. While working for the Sofia offices of OCRA Consulting he was responsible for advising a portfolio of local and foreign key clients on resident and non-resident company formation as well as for application of the extensive network of Bulgaria’s Double Taxation Treaties. He is also experienced in structuring of overseas operations, joint ventures, Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law.
